6:00 AM - 6:45 AM (Tues, Thurs) with Joe (All levels) CLASSES WILL RESUME IN THE FALL

Mid to high-intensity interval training on the bike, combining speed bursts with recovery phases for maximum calorie burn. This ride will give you energy to tackle your day!

Designed with intermediate riders in mind, but totally welcoming to all levels, this ride balances intensity with accessibility.

6:30 PM - 7:15 PM (Wednesday) with Karlett "Lett (Beginner)
​New to spinning or getting back in the saddle? This class is designed just for you. This class creates a supportive and encouraging space where you can build your confidence, boost your fitness, and find your rhythm at your own pace. Expect easy climbs, music-driven movement, and fun, beat-based riding—no sprints for the first six weeks, giving you time to get comfortable and build endurance. Each session is about feeling good, growing stronger, and leaving empowered and energized.

📅 Sunday (NO CLASSES THIS SUMMER)
🌀 Freestyle Flow (Solo Spin) → 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM – Available in 45 minute increments, giving you flexibility and control over your ride.
